Before you start
Start small. Keep your originals. Download a copy.
Open, edit, download
Select a tool from the studio, open a file using its File menu, make an edit, then use Save or Export to download your result. Reopen the download to check it before relying on it.
These are experimental upstream editors. Browser support does not guarantee compatibility with every Adobe file, desktop plugin or codec. A current desktop browser with WebGPU or WebGL2 is recommended; touch editing is still experimental.
Try the PNG walkthroughWhere your files go
Boreal Studio has no file upload endpoint, account system or cloud project library. The editors run on your device. Some tools keep preferences or recovery data in browser storage; this is not a backup and may be cleared by your browser.
Editor pages do not load website analytics. Optional upstream features may make their own network requests; review a feature before enabling it or giving it a URL. We do not promise that every upstream integration works offline.
